Motley Institute signs Historic JV with Ndeipi Inc

[Lusaka, Zambia] – [17/11/24]:
In a landmark partnership aimed at driving economic growth and empowering African entrepreneurs, Ndeipi, Inc. and the Motley Institute of Business Technology/AfCFTA Zambia have entered into a strategic joint venture (JV). This partnership will focus on developing opportunities for youth entrepreneurship, leveraging the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) framework, and fostering innovation across the continent.

The collaboration positions Motley Institute as the official partner of Ndeipi, Inc. in Zambia, marking a significant step forward in promoting financial inclusion, technology-driven solutions, and sustainable economic development.

Empowering African Entrepreneurs

This JV aligns with the shared vision of Ndeipi and Motley Institute to empower young African entrepreneurs. Through this partnership, the organizations will mobilize resources, provide mentorship, and facilitate access to markets for startups and businesses participating in the AfCFTA ecosystem. Together, they aim to address key barriers faced by entrepreneurs, including funding, policy support, and market accessibility.

Key objectives of the JV include:

  1. Mobilizing and empowering African youth entrepreneurs to maximize opportunities within AfCFTA.

2. Facilitating business-to-business (B2B) networking and access to domestic, regional, and international markets.

3. Providing capacity-building programs and mentorship to enhance entrepreneurial skills.

Advocating for policy reform to strengthen the entrepreneurship ecosystem across Africa.

Innovative Broker Model and Equity Offering

As part of the agreement, Ndeipi has extended a 5% equity stake to Motley Institute for Ndeipi’s Zambian operations, reinforcing the alignment of both organizations in achieving shared goals. Additionally, the JV introduces Ndeipi’s innovative Broker Model, a three-tiered commission structure designed to incentivize participation and foster community engagement. The commission structure includes:

5% commission for 1st-level referrals.

2.5% commission for 2nd-level referrals.

1.5% commission for 3rd-level referrals.

This model empowers brokers and participants to contribute to the growth of the ecosystem while earning sustainable rewards.

Technology-Driven Solutions

Ndeipi’s blockchain-powered ecosystem, including NdeipiCoin and tokenized assets, will serve as the foundation for the partnership. These tools will enable seamless financial transactions, cross-border trade, and access to credit for African entrepreneurs. With Motley Institute’s expertise in business technology and market development, the partnership aims to unlock the full potential of African entrepreneurship.
